When it comes to jewelry, this one is what it is all about.
LifeGem takes some of the ashes (carbon) of a cremated loved one and creates a diamond under laboratory conditions of high temperature and pressure. The process took about 6 months for the material to crystallize to a decent size stone and for them to facet it. There is not total control of the color of the diamond turns out, so it comes with its own personally.
We sat down with Douglas and designed a custom mounting for the gem.
This has everything jewelry should be. It has sentimental value right from the beginning and the design is classic, practical and very wearable.
